Funeral and Memorial Service Planning can be difficult and emotional. Holy Trinity Lutheran Church can provide you a Planning Guide to help you prepare now or in advance so that you have everything covered. You can pick up a Funeral/Memorial Guidebook at the church office or in the Education Building to help you complete the planning form below if needed.
