The purpose of the Congregation Training Guide is to help prepare Holy Trinity Lutheran Church (HTLC) members for response to various incidents by outlining emergency procedures. Developing, maintaining, and exercising the procedures empowers members to act quickly and knowledgably in the event of an emergency.
